Shots fired investigation underway in Albany

Police in Albany are investigating a shooting incident.
It happened just before 1 p.m. in the area of Madison Avenue and Swan Street – close to the Empire State Plaza.
No one was hit, said police.
Officers were on the scene gathering evidence.
No one has been arrested.
