Two Siena College professors are working to help support students in Ukraine.

Professor Dmitry Burshteyn is a Ukrainian native, and he’s working with Professor Jami Cotler to organize a laptop drive.

They are hoping to collect used laptops to donate to Ukrainian students who are trying to continue their education online.

The Siena Information Technology Services Department has verbally committed to donating about 30 used laptops already from a lab replacement.

The professors are hoping businesses and residents from around the Capital Region can help out. All laptops will be completely wiped to their original settings.
