Six people were arrested in Albany and are accused of neglecting dogs and puppies.

More than a dozen dogs were living in a home at 532 Morris Street, said police, in a room with urine, feces and uncapped syringes.

The resident, Jonathan Willis, was arrested – along with Robert Barton, Alexandra Marco, Jesse Dutcher, Dalton Dutcher and Christian Billings.

All are charged with animal cruelty.
