The Saratoga Springs Firefighters Union plans to issue a vote of no confidence against Fire Chief Joseph Dolan, NewsChannel 13 has learned.

Dolan has been with the department for 25 years.

He has been on paid administrative leave since February, accused of double-dipping. The city is accusing him of working for two departments at the same time.

The city is expected to bring disciplinary charges against the chief later this week.

A source with knowledge of the situation says the union will vote that it has lost confidence in his ability to lead the department.
