It has been eight days now since Hurricane Helene made landfall in Florida, and still the cleanup continues this weekend.

The Village of South Glens Falls collected donations to send to victims of Helene in North Carolina, which was one of the hardest hit areas.

The donations are going to a local family to give to their family members in Asheville.
