Special ed teacher admits to raping 13-year-old boy in Montgomery County

A Capital Region teacher has pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court to raping a 13-year-old boy.
Kristin Bellinger, 39, has admitted to having sex with the boy over a period of time in 2019 while she was tutoring him.
Bellinger was a special ed teacher with the Hamilton Fulton Montgomery BOCES District.
She is scheduled to be sentenced on April 28.
