One woman’s love for dance and a community’s love for her is making the difference in lives in the Capital Region and internationally. Joy Barnard moved to the United States from the Philippines when she was 17 years old and years later, after raising her kids, she took up dance. It’s through that art form Joy is able to help others, even many people back in her home country.
