Stabbing suspect found dead after Berkshires manhunt

A man accused of stabbing his ex-girlfriend in Adams has been found dead.
Jeffrey Cote’s body was found on his property in Savoy, Massachusetts Thursday morning, investigators said. No foul play is suspected.
Cote allegedly stabbed the woman last week, after breaking into her home. That sparked a manhunt to find him.
The victim has been released from the hospital.
