The town of Clifton Park wants to make sure residents know if they are eligible for a senior citizen exemption for their property taxes.
This is an additional benefit to the current STAR exemption for eligible seniors.
You are eligible if you are 65 or older before March 1, and it is based on your annual income.
Applications are due to the assessor’s office no later than March 1.
