State police cracking down on impaired drivers over Halloween

The state is cracking down on impaired and reckless drivers this Halloween.
State police and local law enforcement plan to increase patrols this weekend.
They also plan to target the illegal sale of alcohol to minors.
This enforcement period starts Friday, and runs through Tuesday morning.
You can expect more checkpoints and DWI patrols.
