ALBANY – It was a public display of interstate insanity. An Albany man has been charged with reckless endangerment after allegedly driving down Interstate-787 Friday afternoon with a woman riding on the hood of his car.

I-787 was anything but a carefree highway. It was more like a perilous parkway of extremely risky road maneuvering.
“It’s sad. She could have been killed, somebody could have died,” said Justin Johnson of Albany, after spotting the video on social media.
“They don’t care (how dangerous it was),” added Patrick Butler, “It’s just a free world, we can do what ever we want.”
Actually you can’t do what ever yo want. Once police spotted the viral video, they zoomed in on the license number, and then headed over to Bishop Fraser’s house and arrested him, charging him with a single count of reckless endangerment.
“I’m not doing something like that. I got common sense,” Johnson added.
When the wild ride ended, the woman was uninjured.
Albany Police say more charges could be pending against Fraser.
