State Police seek information in 2004 Montgomery County homicide

New York State Police are reopening a case from 19 years ago in Montgomery County.
Brian Galusha, 28, was found severely injured on North Green Road in Charleston.
He later died at Albany Medical Center, and his death was ruled a homicide.
Galusha was last seen alive at a house party in Root, New York the previous evening, miles from where he was found.
