A $1 million Powerball ticket was sold in Ballston Spa.

The Stewart’s Shops at 2467 Route 9 sold the second-prize winning ticket.

In addition, there were two third-prize winning tickets worth $50,000 sold in this area. They were purchased at Friendly Fuel Stops at 54 Church St. in Saratoga Springs and Price Chopper at 1395 New Scotland Road in Slingerlands.

The winning numbers were: 22-24-40-52-64 and Powerball of 10.

A ticket for the $1.73 billion grand prize was purchased in California.
