Two Stillwater men are accused of stealing a plow.

State Police received a report on Dec. 10 from a Stillwater resident reporting a theft.

The investigation determined that Nicholas R. Scoville, 35, stole the vehicle and then allegedly conspired with Lee. M. Scoville, 38, to store it at his property, police said.

While recovering the plow and arresting both suspects Lee M. Scoville became agitated and uncooperative, injuring a trooper, investigators said.

Nicholas R. Scoville was charged with grand larceny and conspiracy. Lee M. Scoville was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and conspiracy.

Both were arraigned in Stillwater Town Court and released on their own recognizance.
