Stuyvesant Plaza shops back open following heavy flooding

Just a few days ago, an area near Stuyvesant Plaza that is prone to flooding, filled with water once again.

Businesses and neighbors say that part of Western and Fuller continues to be a headache.
Shop owners and managers complain that the area has been badly flooded in recent years, multiple times, and has forced shops to close early, just as it did once again this past week.
