Suspect indicted for Schenectady shooting that killed Bronx man

A man was indicted Tuesday in Schenectady for the shooting death of a Bronx man, back on May 30.

The shooting killed Treavine Tate on the victim’s 21st birthday.

A Schenectady County grand jury is charging Anthony Romero with several charges – including murder, weapons possession and tampering with physical evidence.

Romero pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
