There’s a possible outbreak of the avian flu at Moreau Lake State Park.

This is happening in its Canada goose population, park officials said.

Results are still pending, but are expected to be confirmed soon.

The park is warning people who encounter a sick or dead bird to maintain a safe distance and avoid touching it.
