One lucky person in the Watervliet/Latham area just got a lot richer.

The New York Lottery announced a top-prize winning ticket was sold for Tuesday’s Take 5 evening drawing.

The winner purchased the ticket at the Stewart’s Shop located at 186 Troy Schenectady Road.

The winnings for the drawing totaled to $35,415, officials said.

The winning numbers were 23-32-33-35-37.
