Teen, 16, charged with driving nine passengers in New Lebanon while drunk

A 16-year-old was driving nine passengers while drunk, police said.
The teen was stopped on Route 20 in New Lebanon on Sunday, for allegedly going 100 miles per hour in a 45 mile per hour zone.
Four of the passengers in the car were under 16 years old, said police.
The boy was charged with DWI under Leandra’s Law, given tickets, and will appear in New Lebanon Town Court.
