The Albany Empire prepare for home opener with community service
Sunday is the home opener for the Albany Empire, where the Arena Football League will take on Orlando.

As players were gearing up for their first game this week, you may have noticed some out in the community.
Players from the team surprised people who came to Dunkin’ Thursday, by filling drive-thru orders and working the front counter.
Players were also handing out Empire game tickets and merchandise.
They say it’s important to give back to the community.
The season officially kicks off Sunday afternoon at 2:30 at MVP Arena.
