Red Cross aids 5 displaced by Schenectady, Gloversville fires

Volunteers from the American Red Cross are providing emergency aid to five people affected by two separate fires in the Capital Region.

Three people in Schenectady are getting help after a fire broke out on Caldicott Road Thursday.

The Red Cross is also assisting two other people affected by a fire Wednesday on Willie Road in Gloversville.

The Red Cross is providing resources like food, clothing and mental health support to the victims.
The cause of these fires remain under investigation.
