theREP in Albany celebrates culture through the arts with inaugural festival

The inaugural theREP Pearl Side Community Arts Festival is a large collaboration between Proctors Collaborative and four well-known Capital Region arts organizations. It’s a five-day festival of art displays, stage performances, poetry readings and open mic nights. It’s free to the public every day, Thursday through Monday, with the hope of bringing all cultures in the Capital Region together.
