Another person has been sentenced in connection with the deadly May 2021 Motel 6 shooting in Colonie.

Desirique Johnson was received five years in state prison for his role in the shooting. He pleaded guilty to attempted assault in August.

A co-defendant, Kenneth Spencer, also pleaded guilty to attempted assault back in August. He was sentenced to eight years in prison.

Another co-defendant, Paul Streeks, pleaded guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced to 25 years in state prison earlier this month.

This comes after an investigation into a car crash in front of the Motel 6 on Curry Road last year.
Xiaa Price was shot, and then crashed while trying to get away in a car, say police.
