Tickets on sale for Spina bifida gala

Tickets are on sale for a gala supporting the Spina Bifida Association of New York State.

Spina bifida is a birth defect that requires special care.

The organization was founded by parents of children living with spina bifida in the Capital District. It provides support to individuals, their caregivers and their professional network.

This year’s “Dare to Dream” gala is happening on Nov. 18 in Troy. NewsChannel 13’s Stella Porter will be the emcee.
