Officials in Albany are planning a town hall later this week to discuss The College of Saint Rose closing this upcoming spring.

The meeting is scheduled for Thursday evening, Dec. 21.

During the town hall, common council members will take questions from the public about the future of the Pine Hills neighborhood.

Councilors want to give locals the chance to voice their concerns about the closing, they said.

The meeting is in the Pine Hills branch of the Albany Public Library, 517 Western Ave. and is open to everyone.
