Traditional Street Scrubbing kicks off Albany Tulip Fest

The Tulip Festival is officially underway in Albany.
It kicked off around noon Friday with the annual Street Scrubbing on State Street.
The traditional Dutch ceremony has served as the official kickoff to Tulip Festival weekend for 75 years.
