A jury has been selected in the wrongful death lawsuit trial of Darryl Mount. Opening arguments are set for Tuesday after six people and two alternates were tapped.

Mount died less than a year after being seriously injured while being chased by police in Saratoga Springs.

Mount was found face down after climbing over a fence in a construction site, police said.

He survived the fall in 2013, but was confined to a wheelchair and died the next year.

The trial will try to determine how the 21-year-old man died, the New York State Supreme Court said.
