The trial of a man accused of murdering local physician assistant Philip Rabadi will resume on Tuesday.

Court was not in session on Monday for the Yom Kippur Jewish holiday. Testimony will continue in the case against Jacob Klein, the Virigina man who is charged with second-degree murder. Klein allegedly killed Rabadi in April 2022 in his New Scotland home.

Prosecutors said Klein had a prior relationship with Rabadi’s new wife, Elana Radin and was planning to kill Rabadi.

Klein maintains his innocence.
