Trial of man accused of killing tow truck driver continues Monday
The trial for the man accused of hitting and killing a tow truck driver on the Northway, will continue Monday morning.

Prosecutors say Justin Rodriguez was intoxicated, when he crashed into 33-year-old Alex Bleickhardt on the side of the road, last September.
Rodriguez is a poster child for the dangers of driving while intoxicated, police say.
He already had 4 prior DWI convictions before the deadly crash.
Opening arguments were heard Thursday in Saratoga County Court.
