The trial begins Monday for the operator of the limo company involved in the deadly 2018 crash in Schoharie.

Nauman Hussain is facing 20 counts of manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide in the crash – one for each person killed.

The trial is still on, after a state appellate court denied Hussain’s appeal to restore his guilty plea. That plea would have kept him out of jail.

NewsChannel 13 will have team coverage of the trial on WNYT.com and our newscasts as jury selection gets underway.
