State police made Tuesday a special one for kids at Albany Medical Center.

For the ninth year in a row, state troopers brought gifts to the Bernard and Millie Duker Children’s Hospital.

They brought more than five boxes and let kids shop for their own presents.

Some children in the hospital will have to spend the holiday season getting better. So the staff tries to make it as festive as possible.

In addition to the gifts, troopers also gave out free lunches to the doctors, nurses, and staff.
