Troy attic fire blamed on electrical issue

A Monday fire on Spring Avenue in Troy was electrical in nature, investigators said.
It was started by a vent fan in a second-floor bedroom, the fire chief told NewsChannel 13.
The American Red Cross is offering help to 10 people displaced by the fire – six adults and four kids.
