Troy detective promoted to sergeant in Friday ceremony

A Troy police detective was promoted to sergeant on Friday morning.
A ceremony was held for Joe Fazioli at Troy City Hall.
Fazioli has been a police officer for eight years.
He has been a detective as well as a task force officer of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives since 2020.
