Troy fire quickly contained to apartment building roof

Firefighters in Troy contained a fire to a roof on Hutton Street near Troy City Hall on Monday.
Smoke started billowing from the apartment building off 5th Avenue on Monday.
No neighbors were injured, the fire chief said.
There was work being done on the building, he explained, and roofing materials ignited when no one was there.
