Troy man arrested after stolen vehicle found at his house

 A Troy man was arrested after a stolen vehicle was found parked at a house.

On Friday afternoon at around 1:20 p.m. an officer saw a car that they recognized as having been reported stolen parked at 10 West Sand Lake Road, police said.

Officers then arrested Jose Gonzales after he came out of the house and got into the car then fled back into the house.

Gonzalez was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.

He was arraigned at North Greenbush Town Court and sent to Rensselaer County Jail without bail as he had several previous felony convictions.

He will appear in court at a later date.

A second male in the house is wanted but could not be arrested due to extradition rules.
