Troy man sentenced on gun charge
Troy Police investigate a shooting that took place near 6th Avenue and 103rd Street around 4 p.m.
A Troy man was sentenced to 20 months in prison Wednesday, for illegally having a short-barreled rifle.
Curtis Black Jr., 32, admitted to having an unregistered PA-15 Multi-Caliber Palmetto State Armory rifle with a barrel length of less than 16 inches.
He also faces three years of supervised release.
