Troy Police cruiser flips over while chasing suspect

An investigation is underway after a Troy police cruiser flipped over just off 787 on Sunday evening.
Officers were investigating a stolen vehicle and weapons possession incident, Troy Police Chief Steven Barker said.
The officer behind the wheel lost control of their car while chasing the suspect, causing it to flip over just as they were getting off 787 in Menands.
The officer was not injured in the crash.
