Teen hurt, dog dies after being hit by car on Saturday.
Troy Police continuing to investigate a crash that injured a 15-year-old and killed his dog.
The teen was walking his dog, when he was struck by a car on Saturday evening at the intersection of 6th Avenue and 101st St.
He was treated for a broken nose and minor injuries and released from the hospital, police said.
The driver stayed at the scene.
