Troy police investigate Sunday morning shooting
Troy police say that they responded to reports of a shooting early Sunday.
They say it happened around 12:30 a.m. They discovered a gunshot victim near Fifth Avenue in the area of 118th Street who was shot in the arm.
We’re told that Troy fire personnel attended to the victim.
The police say that the victim declined to provide any details about the incident, his identity, or where the shooting took place.
The victim was transported to a local area hospital with what we’re told are non-life-threatening injuries.
