Troy Police searching for woman after 10-year-old’s disappearance

Troy Police are asking for the public’s help locating a 10-year-old girl and her non-custodial mother.

Police say Kristin Lagace, 36, was last seen with 10-year-old Elizabeth Rosa. Rosa was last seen entering a vehicle Tuesday night.

Rosa is believed to have entered the car willingly, police said, on 7th Avenue in Troy at about 11:40 p.m. August 1. she may be in New York City or Long Island.

Rosa is white with brown hair and brown eyes and is 5’2″. She is 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt. Lagace is also white with brown hair and eyes. She is 5’08” and 191 pounds.
