Troy Victorian Stroll celebrates 40th anniversary

The Victorian Stroll returned to Troy for its 40th year over the weekend.
The free holiday event welcomed families and children of all ages.
People also dressed up in Victorian style clothing.
Downtown Troy had live music, boutiques and children’s activities to kick off the holiday season.
The event attracts nearly 15,000 visitors every year.
