Troy Mayor-elect Carmella Mantello has named her second in command.

Seamus Donnelly will serve as deputy mayor, and co-chair of her transition team.

Donnelly has worked at Northeastern Insurance for eight years and is on the board of the Downtown Troy Business Improvement District.
