Tuesday water main break forces Troy City Hall to close early

A water main break forced the closure of Troy City Hall.
The break happened at 433 River Street.
Crews could not continue to work on the break, without temporarily turning the water off nearby, the city said.
Because of that, Troy City Hall closed at 2 p.m.
There is no word yet from the city on if repairs are complete, or if the water is back on.
