The benches were reported missing from the lower field at Veterans Park. They are valued at over $1,000.
They are used by the youth soccer program in the summer. About 350 kids play in the club and it is a place for children to socialize with friends while playing soccer.

They are valued at over $1,000.

The person or persons uprooted the benches by pulling out the stakes and removing the sandbags that anchored them, police said.
