Schenectady crews investigate two fires. One firefighter was injured in one fire and another one was hurt in a different fire.

Fire officials are working to learn more after a building in Schenectady caught fire for the second time in the past decade.

Officials said the building is a total loss and being torn down Wednesday.

The fire broke out on Tuesday just after 4 p.m. One firefighter was injured and taken to the hospital but is expected to be OK.

About an hour later, crews also responded to a fire on State Street. A woman was injured but is expected to recover.
