Keith Raniere and Clare Bronfman have lost their federal appeals in the NXIVM case.

The New York court affirmed Raniere’s conviction on charges of sex trafficking, sexual exploitation of a child and forced labor conspiracy.

The former NXIVM leader is currently serving a 120-year sentence in federal prison.

The court also refused to overturn the sentencing of Clare Bronfman, who had claimed her sentencing was unreasonable.

She was sentenced to nearly seven years – more than what prosecutors had recommended – which was five years.
