The U.S. Department of Education is investigating Union College for accusations of discrimination against Jewish students.
The college is now responding to a complaint that it failed to respond properly to incidents of harassment in October and November of this year.
Union College said it is confident the response to those complaints is consistent with published policies and procedures.
The college has seen no threats of violence on campus since the Oct. 7 attacks in Israel, they said.
