Vermont traffic stop leads to DUI, child cruelty arrest

A Bennington man is facing DUI and child cruelty charges after he was pulled over by Vermont state troopers.
Eryk Hunt, 19, was pulled over for speeding on Route 7A in Shaftsbury. Police say he had a suspended driver’s license and was found driving while under the influence.
Police also found a minor unbuckled in the bed of the pickup truck that Hunt was driving.
