The Veteran’s Business Council (VBC) of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce is holding a fundraiser this week, called the VBC Jamboree.

This event is the council’s traditional cornhole tournament and is expected to be bigger and better this year.

The goal is to raise money for programs and initiatives, which include connecting veterans with the business community to enhance their knowledge of employment opportunities, career training and new business development.

The event is on Thursday, May 23 at the Gurtlerborthers VFW Post 420 in Saratoga Springs.

In addition to the cornhole tournament, there’s also barbecue and live entertainment.
