Walgreens to close North Adams store
Walgreens is closing its store in the city of North Adams.
The last day will be Feb. 22.
Current customer prescriptions will be transferred to Williamstown, about 10 minutes away from the North Adams store at 50 Lincoln St.
The company blames the closure on several factors including changes in customers’ buying habits and the location of existing stores.
